Stirrer is capable of stirring an aqueous solution from 100 to 1500 rpm. Internal magnet has a 20-pound pull strength for stirring over two liters of aqueous solution. The 600-watt heater features LO and HIGH positions for quick settings and smooth infinite control between the two points. Temperature is regulated to 2.5°C. Solid state heating and stirring controls are placed well forward of the heater surface to prevent accidental burns. Plate surface measures 8" x 8". Rugged aluminum chassis is painted with a chemically-resistant epoxy paint and is designed to keep spills out of the case. UL, CSA and CE certified.
